get https://auth.unitedeffects.com/api//products//permission/targets
Get all of the available Permission targets for a product. Note, there is no separate Targets table or collection. This API aggregates all Targets used across an AuthGroup and Product and returns them as a reference. To add new Targets, simply specify a previously unused Target when creating a Permission.
